When printing emails which contain cut and paste graphics, (<Alt> <Print>)
the graphics get printed as squares with a red X in them.
On the monitor, the graphics can be seen. This happens regardless of
printing from the preview mode or opened email.
We use Outlook 2003 SP2 on Lenovo notebooks with Windows XP SP2.
The normal (for us) behavior is no graphic when printing from preview.
Graphics OK if the mail is opened.
We have one machine that never prints the cut & paste graphics.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Fred
