printing doc with some text in color on a black and white printer

I have a word document with a part of the text in yellow. sometime It needs
to be printed in black and white printers. The text in yellow has not the same
% of gray than the rest of the page because the new printers drivers try to
give an apparence of another color on the printed page.This word doc is
called by others programs.

i try to findout a solution to send everything in bold format before the
..doc will be printed to have the max of the % of gray.

is there a solution in vbscript ...in the .doc document when the page is
actived that will call a program to send everthing in bold before printing...
