Printing document to Brother HL3450CN - Text not printing

I have a user with Viso 2003 SP2 installed. When he prints Visio documents to
his Brother HL3450CN printer they do not print properly. If we use the post
script driver the text is corrupt ( looks like format data rather than the
actual text) and if we use the pcl driver the text and colours on doc are all
wrong.
