Printing Documents In Visio

I have just purcahsed a copy of visio. When i am trying to print a document
it appears to be tring to print to a larger sheet of paper. i have tried all
the standard resolutions ( page set up / scale/ etc.) Everything looks fine
in print preview but it is not how it is printed. Any ideas.

the first recommendation is to ensure that Visio has the latest fixes on it,
the second is to ensure that the latest print drivers for your printer are
installed.

Visio has separate settings for paper size and diagram size. Make sure
you have set both of them to the desired size.
