Printing down the columns

I need to see if it is possible to print labels in order,
down the columns instead of across. This would be similar
to Excel printing 'down, then over' I'm using Avery 5160
labels which have 10 rows and 3 columns. It is easier to
apply the labels if I can separate each sheet into three
pieces/columns. However, I need the labels to be in order
down each column.

Hi Jeff,

Here's a macro that can be used to sort the data so that the labels print in
that order. If the datasource is not a table in a Word document, use a
catalog or directory type mailmerge with the mergefields in the first row of
a single row table to get the data into a table in a document, then add a
header row to the table and run this macro on that document:
