Hello,

I have multiple worksheet tabs that I would like to print in duplex. I have
selected the group to print and turned duplex on. However, it does not
change all the tabs to duplex.

Is there a way to change a selected group of worksheet tabs from duplex or
off duplex all at once?

Thank you\

What do you mean by "it does not turn all tabs to duplex"?

Do you mean that there are indiviudal workssheets which have more than one
page, but don't print double sided?

Or do you mean that when you have, say Sheet A with an odd number of pages,
the next worksheet starts a new sheet of paper, rather than the back side of
the previous sheet?

Or something else?

Regards,
Fred.

It only turns the first tab to duplex. The remain tabs will only print on
one side.

Start: Multiple tabs each with multipe pages.

Step 1 Select appropriate tabs
Step 2 go to print preferences and turn printer to duplex
Step 3 Print

Result: First worksheet is duplexed. Remaining worksheets are one sided.

My bet is you aren't going to be able to make it work. It would depend on
the specifics of what printer you have, what version of Excel and what
operating system, but in my experience, each worksheet is sent to the
printer as a "job", and there's an end of job message that's sent which
resets the duplexing.

You could try posting to your printer's discussion board for more details,
but I think your time would be better spent arranging to print from one
worksheet. Can you put together a macro, or rearrange your data, so you're
printing from one sheet?

Regards,
Fred.
