Printing e-mail address instead of display name

Our agency uses Outlook 2003 SP1 with XP SP2. One of my users is trying to
print his contacts, and it seems that no matter what view or print style he
uses, it is printing the display name instead of the actual e-mail address.
Even if he deletes the contents of the Display Name field, it won't print the
e-mail address. I am not able to duplicate this problem on my workstation.
Mine prints the actual e-mail address. Could it be because I entered my
contacts after we upgraded to Outlook 2003 and his contacts came over from
Outlook 2000? Thank you!

That's exactly what it is. Older versions used only the familiar name in the
Email Display As field.
The recommended method to be sure you can print the actual email address is
to use a mail merge to print your Contacts and make sure the Email Address
is one of the merge fields.
