Printing e-mails

How do I change the font size for printing out e-mails? It's too large at the moment. I've tried changing the size in Preferences - Fonts and also playing around with the font size in Print Preview but it hasn't changed.

The font size for the header information in your e-mail messages is defined
by the font (& size) you have specified for HTML messages in Entourage's
preferences. If you want to print out an HTML message, the font in the body
of the printed message is either the font (& size) specified by the sender
or, if there is no font specification in the code, the same HTML setting as
mentioned in the very first sentences. For plain text messages, you can
change the setting in Entourage's preferences.

Why should a user have to manipulate an e-mail message to get it to print properly? Surely this an unwarranted annoyance and can be fixed quickly!

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.
