Printing email collate

I have a user whose Collate box is unchecked and greyed out when printing an
email with multiple pages. How can I get it to be checked and collate?

Brian, I just remember that the printer does collate when printing from
other apps but not outlook.

What's the message format? What version of Outlook?

I think I found the solution. The Message Format of outlook was set to HTML
and using MS Word 2003 as editor. I will change it to Rich Text and se how
that works.
