Dear Outlook gurus,
When one of our staff tries to print a HTML email (received from another
person) it will not print the header information (eg To, Date, etc.) - just
the body of the email.
A previous post on this site suggested if the email was a draft or Word was
the email editor this would cause such a problem. In this instance, neither
of these reasons were true.
The only workaround we found was to edit the message and change the format
to Plain text. Obviously this wouldn't work in every instance (ie. emails
containing pictures). Is there any other way of achieving a better result?
Regards
