Printing emails showing the list of attachments

Printing Emails with Attachments Listed

I have some users who, when they print copies of emails for their files, it
shows the attachment names in the email. I have others who print and the
list of attachments don't show. Can someone tell me what setting has to be
changed so they can print an email and have the list of attachments show on
the copy?

Depends on the version of Outlook and the format of the message. Outlook
2003, for example (for me, at any rate) always prints the names of the
attachments. For other versions of Outlook, the message must be in a
particular format.
