printing emails with attachments

whenever emails containing attachments are printed the attachment in the
email does not show up in the printout - the printout has the headers,
body/text, and signature lines but does not show any indication of there
being an attachment in the email. is there some way to correct this
issue/problem ? tia ...

Change the format of the message to Plain Text prior to printing and the
attachment names will print.

hi, thanks for the reply. its weird but the option to change to plain text
for each message is greyed out. the option below it for html is greyed out
as well, but there is a checkmark next to it. we tried to change the format
in tools/options to plain text and send or receive another message, but when
printing it still shows no sign of an attached document even though there is
a .pdf or .doc attached. perhaps we are missing something (?) ...

First, click Edit>Edit Message and then the Format>Plain Text option will be
available.
