Hi, I am using Outlook 2003 with WinXP Pro. I create an email signature to
include with my outgoing emails. The signature is created via
'tools-options-mail format-signatures-advanced edit.' On the mail format
tab, under message format, I compose in HTML.
My signature is created just great and it inserts just great. My problem is
when I go to print an email with my signature in it. The graphic that is
printed looks very jagged as opposed to having smooth lines. This happens
whether my graphic in my signature is small (eg. 15kb) or large (eg. 700kb).
Also, whether I use a small graphic or a large graphic, the size of the email
is always around 15 to 20kb. I have tried inserting various types of image
files, with the same results when printed.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Brian.
