Printing Envelopes-Garbage Prints

When I go to print envelopes from a document I have created, the envelope
prints but the printing is garbage. Could this have something to do with
having multiple printers in "Printers & Faxes"? It appears to be translating
the data incorrectly.

I have the exact same problem, but can't find the solution on any of these
forums. Have you found a solution yet?

Having the same problem here, and it started after installing 2007. Font is
fine on screen and prints fine on all documents except envelopes. Characters
on the envelopes are just nonsense.

Hope someone has a solution!

I have found a solution for this issue. In my case it was for a HP3505 using
the PCL 5 drivers. I looked on the HP website and found a PCL 6 driver that
worked with this printer. After I installed that updated driver, my users
printing issue was resolved. See if the manufacter of your printer has new
drivers for your printer. That would be te best place to start.
