Printing envelopes stopped functioning

Office 97 Pro, Word 97, Outlook 98, Windows XP Pro

All of a sudden, I cannot print envelopes using Word 97. The envelope
printing window shows up as normal with the to and return fields filled in
(the to fields are from the Outlook 98 address book). When I try to
actually print the envelope, the envelope comes out blank. It is not the
position of the envelope in the printing tray. All has works perfectly
until ????. About all that has been done was to apply Windows updates and
Norton A/V updates. I'm not sure if any other application installations
would have affected the envelope printing function.

The label printing function works OK.

Google search and MS Support search no help.

Any ideas?

What happens if you use the 'Add to Document' button. Does the envelope look
correctly addresses in Print Preview?

Yes, but it won't print from there either. Regular letter printing is OK.

Cancel problem. I deleted the printer and let Windows XP Pro re-detect it
and install it. It works fine now. What GREAT things these computers are!
Just kidding, I wouldn't go one day without one.
