Printing envelopes with Word X

I seem to recall seeing in this group a fix for this problem before.
I am using the latest release of Word X, OS 10.3, HP laserjet 1300.
For some reason, when I print an envelope, the printing does not appear on
the envelope. When I print on a piece of paper, I see that the address is
to the far left of the paper. However, on this printer, you cannot change
how to feed the envelopes. It has to be center fed. I was not having this
problem until just recently. Any ideas?

Hi Robert,

In Page Setup, play with the "format for" dialog. If it's set to "any
printer", change it to your printer; if it's set to your printer, change it
to "any printer."

If that doesn't work, you can try this workaround that was posted here by
another user:

"My workaround for the moment involves using Word's nicely implemented
merge capabilities. I created a table, made it look like an envelope,
rotated the text, positioned it for my LaserJet 1200's envelope feed...
and whadya know, I'm in business. It functions essentially the same way
the envelope tool would, and gives a bit more formatting flexibility."
