Printing Envelopes

Win XP, OFFICE 2003 Pro.
I am trying to print envelopes from an existing file saved as a page of
labels. I have tried select all and then changed to envelopes but it only
prints the first one.
Any suggestion since will be over 400 envelopes.

Convert the labels to a data file, then remerge to envelopes
