Printing Envelopes

I am trying to do a mail merge. I have an envelope document that is
merging with a database from Exel. Everything is merging correctly.
The preview shows the envelope with the return address and the main
address in the appropriate place. However, when I send it to print, all
text is shifted about 1.25 inches to the right. I have re-checked the
specs for my printer (Personal LaserWriter 320) and even tried printing
on an different printer (HP 2500) and get the same results. Why does it
show the correct layout on the preview, but shifts the text when it
prints? Any help out there?
