Printing Envelopes

I'm running Office X on Mac OSX 10.2 on a 17" Imac. I'm having difficulty
formatting envelopes for printing. I've tried setting up custom sizes in
the envelope wizard, using the predefined in the wizard, setting up custom
in both the Word page set up, and printer config menus and I still can't get
it to work. The problem shows in the Word preview and Mac Preview so I
don't think it's my printer. However, I'm running a Canon i850 and it's
printing everything else just fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Jack,

Be sure "Format for:" in Page Setup shows "Any Printer." If that doesn't
help, here's a workaround from another poster:

My workaround for the moment involves using Word's nicely implemented
merge capabilities. I created a table, made it look like an envelope,
rotated the text, positioned it for my LaserJet 1200's envelope feed...
and whadya know, I'm in business. It functions essentially the same way
the envelope tool would, and gives a bit more formatting flexibility.
