Printing envelopes

I use Tools>Envelopes... to generate an envelope, then when I print it, the
text comes out in red. The font color is black, and I have tested the
printer using another document with black font, and it works fine. Any ideas
how I can fix this?

Hmmm.

Try selecting the envelope text and changing the font color from Automatic
to actual black (top left). See if that works.

Please be sure to state version numbers for Office and OS when you post
back--it frequently makes a difference.

To make this permanent, I think you may need to change the envelope address
style....
