printing envelopes

I'm trying to print #10 envelopes but the orientation is wrong. I'm using an Epson CX9400Fax series, which tells me to insert the envelope in the printer face up with flap on the left. Print Preview shows the correct orientation, but when the printed envelope comes out the address is upside down with half of the return address cut off. If I put the envelope in the other way (flap on right), it still cuts off half of the return address.

Interestingly, this only happens when I print from the iMac. If I print from the MacBook, which is connected via AirPort, it works correctly.

What's up?

First thought is that the printer driver on the iMac is in needs an update.

Also, make sure Office & OS X are fully updated on the iMac, repair
permissions & restart.
