Printing Envelopes

I'm printing a Size 10 (4 1/8" x 9 1/2") envelope.
The delivery address is being printed with Font = Verdana; Font Style
= Regular; Font size = 10

The delivery address has 5 lines:

PERSON'S NAME
POSITION
COMPANY'S NAME
STREET ADDRESS
CITY, STATE ZIP

However, the last line (CITY, STATE ZIP) doesn't print on the
envelope.

What's wrong?

How can I raise the delivery address so all 5 lines print on the
envelope?

The address is placed in a frame, which by default has a fixed location and
size. You need to modify that frame. See
