printing eps files in a Publisher document

I can see the inserted .eps logoin the Publisher document . When I send it
to the printer, the logo does not print. What can I do?

What happens if you convert the publication to a PDF? There are free converters
around

As customers are sometimes sending these files directly to the printer, I
cannot ask them to convert their files to PDF. I am using, as are my
customers, Publisher 2003
