Printing Error for HTML Messages Outlook 2003

Running Outlook 2003 and anytime i try to invoke the
Print dialog with an HTML email message, i get a Runtime
error (Line 638). Additionally, choosing the Page Setup
dialog causes Error 19: Object doesn't support this
property or method.

I've tried Detect and Repair as well as uninstalling/
reinstalling the software. Any assistance would be
appreciated.
