printing error message

bivler2000removethis\)

when i go to print a copy of the contact list i get an
error message...HPBPCLAZ.DLL....it advises me to close
program or ignore and continue working
thismakes it imopsable to print a hard copy of the contact
list
If anyone can help me around this it would be appreciated
