Printing error res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg Line 1829

I have a user (Win XP SP2 & IE7) who is getting this error message
intermittently, when printing from Outlook 2003 only.

Char: 1
Error: An invalid character was found in text content
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg


Once he clears the message and tries to print again it does so successfully.

I have tried the following:

Make sure that Internet explorer and Firefox are closed.

Go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" in the box. 'Note the space'

Click OK and then try printing again.


However this did not work in my case. The user is still getting this
intermittent error message.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your responce Brian.

I tried the solutions at the link you provided but error messages are still
apprearing.
