Printing error

I can't get a publisher98 bulletin to print. This is the error message:

Other documents print so it can't be the printer. I reinstalled Publisher98
and we still get the error message.

Publisher is more critical about printer drivers than your other Office programs.
Have you tried to update your printer driver from the manufacturer's web site? If
there isn't one available try re-installing your present driver. Completely
un-install the driver

It's an older computer running Windows98. Would these tips work the same
way. It isn't my computer by the way I'm trying to help our church secretary
get the program running.

Sure, it will work for Windows 98. Printer drivers go corrupt...
