Printing Error

I have a word document that looks fine and is formatted exactly as I want it.
If I go to print preview or print, the document creates a big gap on page
3/25 and copies a table I had in the appendix onto page 5. If I close the
document and do not save changes, it will look fine again until I try to
print. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you by any chance have cross-references in you document at the points that
are causing the problems? It's possible that changes you've made after you
inserted the cross-reference have "corrupted" them, and the fields are
updating automatically when you print preview the document. If so, simply
deleting and re-inserting the cross-reference should resolve the problem.

Thank you for you help. That was the problem. I reinserted my
cross-references and I can now print out my document without any problems.
Thank you again.
