Printing errors

I was asked what was wrong with an image when printed,

The screen shows 2 large sized images on the page, however when
printed both of these images are tiny, but the other text that is on
the page is still normal as displayed on screen.

Anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

Apologies for that.
Never even taught of checking the Print Preview.

Just looked at it now, the image in print preview is full size, but
printing small.

That suggests a bug with the printer driver. It should be printing what you
see in Print Preview. Check at the Internet support site for the printer to
make sure you have the latest driver; then try deleting and reinstalling the
printer.
