I have come across your website on the MVP. It was nice and very professional.

I have this particular issue in word, please see if you could extend your
service.

Activity: We prepared a chart in excel and the same was pasted in to word
through ' Edit-Paste Special-Paste Link-MicroSoft Office Excel Object'.

Result: The chart in the word document appears in colour on the screen and
in the print preview.

Issue: When in print on the colour printer, the chart on the document comes
either in total black and white or at places in colour. I want the chart to
be printed in colour on the word document.

What happens if you simply click on the Excel chart, copy it then do a simple
paste into your word document then set text wrapping to, say, 'behind text' .
Are your colours still incorrect?

Also try to "paste special" as a bitmap (.bmp) unless it is necessary that it
be linked.
