Printing Excel file but some line ok but some line not clear(blur

When printing Excel file some lines printed ok but some lines not clear (
blur ). When using font size 12 but print at 90% then all ok. Using Canon
i1600 printer and tried under its maintenance programm to clean nozzle, align
print head etc but problem still occur. Can anyone help?
