Printing fails in Excel 2003

I have users that have been upgraded to Excel 2003 as
part of Office 2003. They are on a Win 2003 network and
printing via a Win 2003 server. When they try to print to
default printer from Excel they either get no print out
at all or Excel freezes up. I have tried reinstalling
printer drives, no luck. I have posted this four times to
no avail. Can anyone please help? I am tearing my hair
out.
