PRINTING FILE LIST FROM WINDOWS EXPLORER

When using Windows Exploref (Windows XP) to list folders
and files on a particular CD or network drive, is it
possible to print this listing? If so how is it done?

That would be better asked on a Windows XP NG rather than one for Office...

However, there is no direct means from Explorer to do this. There are plenty
of Explorer add-ins or replacements that will do it, or you can open a
command window and type "dir > dir.txt" to create a printable text file.

You can hit the Print Screen key. It will make a copy of
your screen that you can paste into Word and print.

Get Directory Printer, free, from www.karenware.com/powertools . It's a very
good utility for printing directories in a variety of ways.
