Printing/Finishing a Booklet from 2003 Publisher Using Mail Merge

Publisher correctly formats a booklet print job that is to be folded and
stapled at the Bizhub, and the Bizhub performs as desired. However, when
print merge is added to the job to insert addresses in the booklet, the mail
merge function appears to drop the "end of file" character resulting in the
Bizhub stapling and folding the entire print job as one file.
