Printing Font Size

I am trying to print emails that I receive in Outlook 2003, but the output
looks different. It seems when I print out a regular plain text, the font
size loooks normal. However, when I try to print emails that I receive in
HTML format, the font size are much smaller. Is there a way to change the
size of the font when I send it to the printer.
