When printing emails in the Memo style from Outlook 2007 on my PC with Vista
the header information is normal, but message text starts in the Subject
line and is pushed to the right so that the end of each line of text is lost,
and the font size is significantly reduced. By changing the right hand margin
in Printer Properties the full text on each line can be seen, but the text
still starts almost in the centre of the page. Emails received in Windows
Mail print normally.
On my XP based PC, Outlook printing is also normal with exactly the same
print settings as my Vista machine. I have checked with a friend and his
Vista PC also corrupts the message text. There do not appear to be any
options for left/right or justified layout which could cause this problem, so
any advice would be welcome.
