Printing format

Hi,

I am running publisher 2003 and I am trying to print on Tabloid paper in a
book fold. When I sent the document to the printer it does not print in a
book fold at all. I have tried the printing in Portrait and Landscape and
changed the size of the paper and it still never comes out in a book folder.

How do you advise?

Are you setting up your printer first as tabloid, landscape, then selecting
booklet in page setup? The printer must be setup first.

If it is not setting up correctly it could be a driver situation. Go to the
manufacturer's web site of your printer model and look around for an updated
driver.

Would I do a page setup first or just go to the printer properties first.
Also would I use long edge or short edge or does the Tabloid default to it's
settings.

You have to setup your printer to landscape. Publisher will default to the
printer setup, click booklet.

The printer is always setup first for stock other than letter.
