Printing formats

I've read through all the posts regarding the visible tracking bubbles. My
problem isn't seeing them, it's getting the printer to stop squishing the copy
into the top corner of the paper when printing. I have turned off tracking
(the .docs were previously tracked, but are now finished); I have turned off
the reviewers; I have turned off everything, but still the page prints
microscopically, as if there are invisible changes tracked. The printer driver
is correct and up to date (HP 2300); the Compatability preference (Use
printer metrics) is enabled. I can't find anything else to change. Is there a
patch for this screw-up?

I don't know what you did to "turn off" all that stuff--to eliminate it, you
have to not just stop tracking changes, but Accept All Changes, then they
should be wiped from the doc.

I think Accept or Reject Changes... should be an icon on the Reviewing
toolbar, but am not sure. If you can't find it, try this: go into Tools |
Customize, Commands tab, select All Commands in the left column and find
ToolsReviewRevisions in the right column, drag that onto a toolbar, click on
it, and Accept All from there. Works in 2001, don't know what version you
are in.
