Printing Forms As Displayed

[Outlooker]

I have made several email forms (Outlook 2000) and I can't
seem to find a way to print them as they are displayed
when opened in
Outlook. When the form is printed by the recipient it
prints out in the email format and I need it to print out
as it is displayed when opened. (just like the form) Is
there any way to do this or is there an add-in or 3rd
party software that will
do this?

the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word
template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
