Printing Forms one to a page

Our company is trying to print the forms which are entered each day, one to a
page. We are having difficulty in keeping the margins set to a specific
measure. If the margins extend beyond 1/5" all the way around, the form
spills over to two pages (2nd page being a few lines w/no data). We change
the margins and save the changes and everything is fine.

Then the file gets uploaded to an ftp site for everyone to share and when it
gets downloaded by only one certain user, the margins revert back to the 1"
default. Any ideas why it might do that?

Forms are not really designed for printing. Trying to print forms is like
using a screwdriver as a chisel. It makes for hard frustrating work,
doesn't do a good job, and probably will damage the screwdriver.

The correct method would be to create a report that looks like your form
and has controls for the data. Then print the report filtered for the
current record. The best approach for that would be to use the Where
argument of the OpenReport method.
