Printing Forms

I have set up some forms to be used to transfer
information using outlook.
All is well until I come to print. On the compose form I
have information missing and on the read form the
information is in a strange order. I have looked for some
sort of print order settings but have so far been
unsuccessful.
Can anyone give me some help , it would be much
appreciated .
