Printing Forms

I have a form with a form header, form detail, and form
footer section. These display onscreen as one page. When
I do page preview with only one record, it displays the
entire form for printing, but when I add more records, it
breaks it into multiple pages for printing and includes
all the records. How do I keep the form together for
printing, so that it displays only the current record with
the form header and form footer?

Windows NT5.0 and Office 2000 Professional

Forms "really suck" for printing. I would suggest creating a Report as
they are designed for printing and allow you much more control over the
layout. As a quick start you can right-click on your form in the dbWindow
and choose "Save as Report".
