Our Access database at work was developed before I got there. There is a
button on a form that prints the contents of the form that is currently
displayed. New employees made some changes to the intranet/server, but
didn't make any changes specifically to this particular database we use.

At any rate, now when we print the form, it prints in portrait, as it
should; but each consecutive attempt to print the form changes the
configuration so that the form is no longer printed on one page, but split
into 3 pages, still in portrait. I don't believe the zoom is changed. We
have to close Access and re-open it to get the form to print in it's
entirety on one page.

The IS guys want me to have a look, but I'm not that familiar with Access or
any changes that may have been made to the LAN [which shouldn't have
anything to do with this particular problem anyway].

The VBA hasn't changed with regard to the print button so I don't know where
to begin searching for why Access changes the configuration of the printout
after the first.

Any suggestions on where to begin?

Thanks for any assistance.

The easiest solution, which may, or may not, work for you
is checking to make sure that the header + footer+ main
text of the form are not exceeding the page size (also
check your margins in Page Setup). They can be adjusted
manually by dragging the edge of the page in or out in
design mode, or by specifying a height in the properties.

Thank you. I'll check that out.
