printing from classic

I have a printing problem from microsoft outlook 2001. The mac is
dual boot and boots to os 9 and 10. My operating system is os 10.2.8
and everytime it prints, it used to print thru classic. When i print
from os x applications, there is no problem. When i print from other
classic programs, there is no problem. the problem only occurs when I
print from outlook 2001. The job goes to the print monitor, then i
get an error message: "Microsoft outlook printing from outlook could
not be printed on your printer because of an error." Then the print
monitor on the dock starts jumping up and down and an error message
says: "There is a printing problem. Please choose Print monitor from
the application menu or click the print monitor window." I have
rebuilt permissions, rebuilt the desktop in classic and os 10. I have
reinstalled outlook and also removed exchange preferences and removed
the exchange profile. I have also tried in different profiles, and it
still does not work. One thing though is that when I boot to os 9, I
can print from outlook 2001 with no problem. It's only when I am
trying to print from outlook 2001 in os X that I can't print. I am
out of ideas. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
