We have several network printers in high-traffic areas
that have the option turned on to print a separator page
for each print job sent to it. We are running Office XP
on Windows 2000 operating system. If we print multiple
copies of a Word document, only one separator page prints
out, then however many copies of the document we requested
prints out. However, if we send a print job from Excel
requesting several copies (the same print job, just
multiple copies), it prints a separator page for each copy
we request. This is true if you are only printing the
worksheet you have open, or the entire spreadsheet. We
still get a separator page for each copy requested. Has
anyone else run into this issue? I don't see anything in
the printer settings on the server (except either use a
separator page or don't, which applies to all print jobs),
nor do I see any settings in Excel or Word, or in the
printing options window of the print job itself, that
addresses this issue. Any ideas??!?!? Thanks!
