Printing from My Documents

Increasingly, I cannot print a document if I open it thru
My Documents. When I hit print, the document name flashes
in the task bar and I must hit Ctrl Alt Del at least
three times to unfreeze the computer. However, if I go to
the document thru the Word program, I can print it - can
someone help me fix this?

This is caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See "Title Bars
