Printing from Outline View

C

Catherine

I am working in Word 2007 and want to print from outline view. I want to
print exactly what I see in the outline view. We could do this in 2000, but
in 2007 what comes out of the printer (and I've tried several printers,
including printing to PDF) is the entire doc, condensed into a couple pages,
completely jumbled up, and printed on top of itself. We are working in
templates, so there are styles and headings and such in the doc. Anybody know
how to print the outline visible in outline view?

Many thanks

You need to use the Print dialog box (Ctrl+P) to print the Outline view
correctly. The jumbled mess you see when you use Quick Print is a known
issue.
