Printing from Word 2000, bookfold

How do I set-up a multiple page document in Word 2000 on 8.5x11" landscape, 2
pages per sheet, print on both sides, bookfold. That is, the pages won't
print in order, they will print in a way that when I stack and fold the
papers in half, I can put a staple in the middle and have a book.

I did this at home on Word XP, under File, Set-Up, there is a multiple pages
bookfold option. But the same option wasn't available at work on the Word
2000 version.
