Printing from Word 2002

Hi

I have a bizarre problem

I have a word file that contains a graphic. This graphic contains text (the
whole graphic was created in Visio).

When I print this page, the image part of the graphic prints out but the
text part does not.

Any other image with text prints fine.

Is this something to do with Visio, Word or my printer (HP LaserJet 420dtn)?

What do I need to do to fix this...

Hi Griff,

While this type of problem can sometimes be the printer
driver this one may be the bug listed here. You'll need
to phone MS as indicated to get the hotfix for it)
