In earlier than FP 2003 the only way was to assign a task to all pages and open the task view
| In addition to Stefan's suggestions, you can also use File->Save As
| and save the report in a variety of formats (html web page or .xls
| Excel sheet are most useful), load the saved file into the appropriate
| application and print from there.
| You cannot print reports directly.
| Note: FP2000 and earlier the print screen method is the only method.
